SPR# JPAI4FUN2C - Increased maximum size of the cluster replication cache from 10MB to 20MB.

Problem:
The exact number depends on the size of the databases. Starting in Domino 6.x,
the limit for clustering in-memory database information has been raised to
30MB.
Background Information:
Prior to Domino 4.6.7 and 5.0.3, the Cluster Replicator had a hardcoded 2MB
limit for in-memory information. Starting in Domino 4.6.7 and 5.0.3, this
